Public Access to Educational Resources and Open Courses at NCKU

National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) offers various educational resources to promote the sharing and accessibility of knowledge. For example, it provides open courses, online learning platforms, and public lectures, allowing both students and the general public to easily access high-quality educational content. Additionally, NCKU encourages faculty members to create and share open educational materials, fostering the free circulation of teaching resources. This open educational environment not only enhances learning flexibility but also encourages innovative thinking, offering more opportunities and possibilities for learners.
 
  1. NCKU Innovation Headquarters – Digital Courses
The Innovation Headquarters offer online courses on patents, innovation and entrepreneurship, research platforms, and net-zero carbon reduction, along with showcases of past startup teams’ achievements. These resources make quality educational content easily accessible to both students and the public.

Through platforms such as Open Courses by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development and N-Learning by the Center for Continuing Education, NCKU integrates academic strengths from diverse fields to deliver a broad spectrum of open courses to the public.​​​​​​​
