The Counselling and Wellness Services Division organizes workshops to help participants understand how mind-body stress affects the nervous system and explore positive bodily sensory experiences. The center also offers tuning fork therapy courses, using sound wave resonance to promote deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and self-healing, enabling staff to effectively relieve stress and maintain psychological balance.
Professional Mental Health Support for Faculty and Staff Well-being
The university’s Personnel Office provides multiple sessions of staff counseling to ensure employee well-being and work quality. Additionally, on-campus psychiatrists offer professional medical guidance to both staff and students. And provided counseling service fees for staff, with all procedures processed confidentially.
