To allow faculty to focus on work without worrying about childcare, NCKU has established a private on-campus kindergarten for employees. Approximately 100 children aged 2 to 5 are admitted each year. The facilities are well-equipped, the environment is friendly, and the on-campus location is convenient for parents, providing high-quality services at reasonable costs.

- Tainan Private Cheng-Yi Infant Care Center Provides Affordable, Quality Childcare Services for NCKU Hospital Employees
To implement the Gender Equality in Employment Act and address the childcare needs of NCKU Hospital employees, NCKU established the Cheng Yi Infant Care Center through a facility rental arrangement with a selected social welfare organization. The center provides affordable, quality childcare services and supports a family-friendly workplace. In 2025, NCKU Private Kindergarten provided early childhood education and care for faculty and staff members’ children.
