Employment policy pay scale equity

NCKU is fully committed to ensuring pay equity and eliminating gender pay gaps. Our Anti-discrimination and Equality Policy is central to this commitment, explicitly affirming our dedication to fostering a workplace where all employees receive fair and equitable compensation, regardless of gender.

To further support this commitment, NCKU rigorously follows the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, a key legislative framework in Taiwan that promotes workplace gender equality, including pay equity. This law provides a strong foundation for our efforts to eliminate gender-based pay disparities.

Additionally, NCKU has established the Gender Equality Education Committee, which plays a critical role in advancing gender equality across the university.
