Policies Against Gender Discrimination
National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) has established comprehensive policies against gender discrimination. Our non-discrimination policies protect all gender identities and expressions, ensuring that transgender individuals can participate freely in campus activities, learning, and work without facing any form of discrimination, exclusion, or unfair treatment.
Gender-Inclusive Facilities
To support these policies, gender-neutral restrooms have been added on campus. These restrooms are not divided based on biological sex, allowing individuals of any gender to use them comfortably and inclusively.
Creating a Safe and Inclusive Campus
The implementation of these policies provides a gender-equal learning environment that respects and considers the diverse genders, gender characteristics, identities, and orientations of students and staff.
