- All campus buildings are equipped with accessibility features such as ramps, accessible restrooms, service bells, and elevators to ensure barrier-free mobility. The university also provides an Accessible Campus Map and a Friendly Campus Map that integrate relevant resources for convenient reference, fostering a supportive and convenient environment for learning and daily life. Currently, the campus includes 63 accessible car parking spaces, 40 accessible motorcycle parking spaces, 15 priority parking spaces for pregnant individuals and parents with young children, and 16 lactation rooms.
- NCKU offers students with disabilities services such as psychological counseling, academic support, and career planning services. Applications for specially equipped dormitory beds are also available to safeguard students’ right to education and reduce daily living burdens.
- In addition, through the Talent Pool System of People with Disabilities, the university actively creates employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and provides Workplace Resources for Employees with Disabilities. These efforts help employees overcome workplace barriers and foster an inclusive and supportive working environment.
Through the implementation of these measures, NCKU aims to create an inclusive campus that ensures unrestricted mobility for students and staff with disabilities while providing extensive resources to achieve the goal of a disability-friendly university.
