This commitment to knowledge sharing extends beyond the screen through the "Exploring Tainan" program, which integrates general education with local history and field trips, allowing students and citizens to rediscover their cultural heritage. Furthermore, the NCKU Library, Museum, and Art Center serve as vital cultural hubs, hosting projects like "NCKU Book-City" and various public exhibitions to promote a culture of reading and intellectual engagement within the urban community.

Smart Healthcare and Public Wellness
Leveraging its strengths in medical research and technology, the university provides comprehensive health services that safeguard the physical and mental well-being of the local population. NCKU has pioneered the use of AI-driven systems for smart dengue fever prevention and regularly conducts community health screenings, such as "NCKU Health Day," to provide preventative care directly to residents.
