The Feedback Mailbox System empowers the public to submit suggestions, inquiries, and reports on administrative matters online, with a dedicated section for tracking case progress over the medium to long term. The University International Advisory Council brings together domestic and international experts from industry, government, and academia to advise on strategic development and critically assess emerging challenges.

The Student Representative Council, as the highest legislative body of the student union, safeguards student rights while shaping campus regulations. Additionally, NCKU leverages popular social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube—to disseminate updates, promote policies, and invite interactive feedback. Together, these channels create a rich, participatory environment, highlighting NCKU’s commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and responsive governance.
