The university encourages faculty and all employees, including women and international staff, to actively participate in or join labor unions to protect and advocate for their rights. In accordance with the Educational Fundamental Act, NCKU regularly convenes meetings with supervisors to ensure the effective implementation of the NCKU Teachers’ Association’s principles and values. The Association is dedicated to improving the quality of education, safeguarding teachers’ labor rights, and promoting their freedom of expression.
