From March 7th to 9th, 48 company recruitment briefings were held consecutively, and on the 10th, the expo featured over 350 booths, marking the largest number in history. Major exhibitors included United Microelectronics Corporation, Garmin, AUO, Micron Taiwan, Formosa Plastics, Yageo, TSMC, Kingston, and many others, attracting numerous job seekers for inquiries. The semiconductor industry booths remained bustling, with companies emphasizing job flexibility, work-life balance, and employee welfare to appeal to young job seekers who prioritize these aspects over high salaries. Students visiting the expo also shared that learning about internship opportunities provided by companies allows them to gauge the level of care these companies have for young professionals, influencing their future career choices.
