According to the plan, the Vietnamese Students' Association at National Cheng Kung University (VSA-NCKU) has launched the Vietnamese Culture Week 2024 program starting from March 23, 2024. This annual event organized by the Vietnamese Students' Association aims to introduce and promote the image of Vietnam to friends in Taiwan and internationally, thereby enhancing mutual understanding and promoting Vietnam's integration with the world.

With the theme "Vibrant Vietnam," Vietnamese Culture Week 2024 includes four main activities. It kicks off with the Sports Day on March 23-24, 2024, featuring volleyball and women's football competition along with friendly football matches. Following that is the week-long Photo Exhibition (from April 13 to 20, 2024) at Kuang Fu Campus, providing viewers with a clearer view of Vietnam's beautiful landscapes and rich cultural heritage through images of ethnic minorities in Vietnam, thereby understanding more about the diversity of ethnic groups and their unique cultural characteristics. Next is the Cultural Exhibition and Experience on the morning of April 13 at the NCKU Student Activity Center, featuring various outstanding booths such as cuisine, traditional costumes, calligraphy, folk games, and souvenirs. Lastly, there will be a Performance Night on the evening of April 20 at Cheng Kung Hall, showcasing over 12 outstanding cultural performances and an exciting lucky draw program.

A special and unique feature of this year's program is the regional diversity of the performances, with highlights from the Northern, Central, Central Highlands, and Southern regions of Vietnam, promising to bring audiences fresh experiences of Vietnam's regional cultures. Additionally, besides the traditional main force of Vietnamese students at NCKU, the performances also involve students from universities in Southern Taiwan such as STUST, CJCU, and NKUST. Moreover, thanks to the cooperation of the Vietnam Taiwan Cultural Association and the NCKU Center for Vietnamese Studies, the cultural night will also feature special performances by Taiwanese students.

With its exceptional content and strong support from sponsors such as the International Student Office (OIA-NCKU), the Vietnam Taiwan Cultural Association ( 社團法人台越文化協會), the NCKU Center for Vietnamese Studies, the Chinese Taiwan-Vietnam New Resident (CTVA), Vietmoney Company, 戰飲 Win Fighting Drink Company, SinoPac Bank, and media support from the Vietnamese Language Department - Radio Taiwan International VN and the Taiwan - Vietnam International Student Alliance - T-Visa, the organizers believe that Vietnamese Culture Week 2024 will be a memorable event that will be widely spread and become a bridge between the Vietnamese student community and friends in Taiwan and internationally.
